On February 1, 2012, Luo Tiejun, deputy director general of the Department of Raw Material Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and other officials visited China Beijing International Mining Exchange (CBMX).
Our president Dong Chaobin showed distinguished guests around the trading hall of CBMX and introduced the construction work for China Iron Ore Spot Trading Platform.
Mr. Luo fully confirmed CBMX’s work for building China Iron Ore Spot Trading Platform. He hoped that, under the leadership of relevant government departments, CBMX would strengthen its cooperation with the China Iron & Steel Association and the China Chamber of Commerce of Metals Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters, improve the platform’s construction, and foster healthy and stable development of the global iron ore market.
